Aldar Education is currently seeking a Catalogue Specialist to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE. Due to planned current and future expansion we are looking to add to our current HQ Operations team supporting our British, US and IB curricula network of schools.

RESPONSIBILITIES Developing and managing catalogues of goods and services as required by the Organization / Schools Evaluate catalogue supplier's performance and commitment to their SLAs. Conduct monthly evaluation and spend analysis on the organization's commodity codes to define new catalogues to publish as well as optimize spend through existing relationships with catalogue suppliers. Ensure all school procurement requirements are completed within the SLA of the department Resolve ERP related issues by coordinating with relevant team Excellent reporting skills and presentation development are critical for this role Compilation and preparation of reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendations or conclusions. Ability to develop dashboards would be an added asset. Ensure compliance of purchasing activities with corporate governance. Additional activities: Vendor Registration Maintain proper source channel for potential supplier Manage and control all legal documents for the vendor during registration (NDA, Trade License, Profile) Pre-Qualification grading for all vendors Document control Minimum Qualifications: Minimum graduate level degree or related Procurement/Contracts specific qualification. Excellent understanding of SAP Ariba modules both for upstream and downstream processes. CIPS Certified would be an added value. Minimum Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement and catalogue management within the region. Job Specific Knowledge & Skills: Excellent reporting and analytical skills Fluent English communication skills, written and oral. Arabic would be an added value. Attention to detail with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner. Skilled in multi-tasking and handling pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills.
