In this role you will deliver operationally excellent HR processes that support global standardization and local execution in the international markets for Etihad, and deliver value through increased HR efficiency, effectiveness and employee engagement.

The HR Process Lead is a subject matter authority who will deliver operational excellence to Etihad in the end-to-end HR lifecycle processes. The position will drive a continuous program of change for the sustainable improvement of these process for Etihad and will have significant influence across the entire HR delivery organization and its stakeholders.


Lead the global process design, process and service delivery model for HR

Define and govern the HR business process management framework

Deploy global processes to ensure process performance meets or exceeds service level agreements

Establish performance, process, cost, time and quality metrics and develop plans for how current processes need to change so that Etihad HR services deliver effective and efficient results

Partner with the HR governance and Compliance lead to support internal control design and ensure availability and compliance of polices and controls within the process design and service delivery model

Identify process excellence targets based on internal and external benchmarks and best practices

Partner with the Data and Analytics Leads to ensure alignment of data standards and governance when changes are made

Partner and collaborate with other HR PDT teams and stakeholders to build digital, reporting and analytics solutions that enable HR processes

Review the continuous improvement projects portfolio (process related) to ensure they are achieving ROI and performance goals

Education & Experience

Minimum of eight years of related work experience

Experience in influence cross functional teams with indirect reporting lines

Experience developing strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups at all levels of the organisation

Advanced experience working with HR processes, tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Success Factors)

Experience with Process methodologies and tools- Lean Six Sigma, Agile, ASAP via IBM Blue Worx, Visio, MiniTab/iGrafx are preferable

Well organised, able to prioritize work manage time effectively and follow through on commitments

Master of business administration
* Graduate qualifications or relevant certification in a related domain
