Your major responsibilities include:

  • Draft, review, and revise company policies, contracts.
  • Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
  • Draft routine leases and amendments.
  • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
  • Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
  • Up-to-date with changes and developments in the law
  • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
  • Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio

We are looking for a Legal Officer to ensure that our operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules. Your duties will include reviewing contracts, developing company legal policies, and responding to policy violations.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience in risk management
  • 2-3 years’ proven experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office program.
  • Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
  • Familiar with real estate laws and regulations

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
