We are looking for a competent Executive Secretary to support our company. She will be the one to organize and maintain the schedule and assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Assist in procurement and other department activities.
  • Knowledge in handling social media and well versed with digital marketing.
