New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks to appoint a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) reports locally to the NYUAD Chief Administrative Business Officer (CABO) as well as NYU’s Vice President for Human Resources (VPHR). The CHRO directs the university’s Human Resources department and is responsible for: Developing, recommending, and implementing university-wide employee policies and practices Providing direction, guidance, and implementation support to the campus Creating and delivering the strategic vision of the HR department Resolving HR issues to ensure appropriate resolution Establishing and monitoring service metrics and adjusting HR processes, procedures, and staffing Detailed information on key CHRO responsibilities, skills, and competencies is available upon request.
